Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-01-21T09:12Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2025-01-21T09:12:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Note Keyword:
HAL: Halo CME
Source Signature Keyword:
Morphology Keyword:
L: Loop
Note: Faint partial halo seen to the west-southwest in STEREO A COR2A and seen to the southeast in SOHO LASCO C2/C3 behind the later emerging CME: 2025-01-21T10:53Z which is associated with Earth-facing disk activity. Despite the complexity of the two overlapping CMEs in LASCO imagery in the southeast, this CME being seen to the west in STEREO A suggests far-sidedness.

The List of CME Analysis already entered:
Event Type Catalog
Measurement TypeCME measurement type: Leading Edge (LE), Shock Front (SH), Right Hand Boundary (RHB), Left Hand Boundary (LHB), Black/White Boundary (BW), Prominence Core (COR), Disconnection Front (DIS), Trailing Edge (TE).
Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
